Jordi Borrut

Managing Director

Jordi Borrut previously headed up Nigerian Breweries Plc as Managing Director and under his tenure, the HEINEKEN subsidiary became one of the growth engines for the international beer maker on the African continent. He has also previously held the position of General Manager of Brarudi S.A., one of the largest brewers and soft beverage companies in the Republic of Burundi.

Jordi joined HEINEKEN South Africa in 2021 and brings significant, experience and leadership due to a vast understanding of the industry and the global business, having more than 12 worth of experience within HEINEKEN in various roles such as On Trade.

Yvonne Mosadi

HR Director

Yvonne Mosadi’s experience in HR spans more than 18 years. She began her career at HEINEKEN South Africa in 2016 as Head HR Business Partner for Supply Chain and Support functions, as well as Employee Relations lead. She rejoined the company in 2020 as an HR Director. Yvonne holds an MBA from MANCOSA, a Human Resources Management degree from UNISA, and a certificate in Labour Dispute Resolution from the University of Stellenbosch. She has also successfully completed the Management Development Programme at Gordon Institute of Business Science.

 

Yvonne Mosadi’s experience in HR spans more than 18 years. Maarten Hoedemaker

Finance Director

Maarten Hoedemaker has 20 years of experience within Ahold Delhaize and HEINEKEN. His previous two roles were Finance Director at PT Multi Bintang Indonesia and Finance Director at Al Ahram Beverages Company in Egypt. In 2019, he was appointed Finance Director of HEINEKEN South Africa. Maarten holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Post-Master qualification in finance (Executive Master of Finance & Control) from the Business University of Nyenrode.

 

Maarten Hoedemaker has 20 years of experience within Ahold Delhaize and HEINEKEN. Millicent Maroga

Corporate Affairs Director

Millicent has a wealth of experience in strategic communications and corporate affairs management, having previously been head of the Old Mutual Foundation, and worked for SAB as a Public Policy Manager and Corporate Affairs Manager. She holds an honours degree in Sociology (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg, a master’s degree in Globalisation and Development from the Institute of Policy Development and Management at the University of Manchester in the UK and has completed the Programme for Management Development through GIBS.

Sales Director

Jason Cox joined HEINEKEN South Africa in early 2017 as the Trade Marketing Director. In 2019, he was promoted to the role of Sales Director. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree specialising in Marketing and Communication from the University of Pretoria, and he has completed the Management Development Programme at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.

Digital and Technology Director

Joy van Heerden has more than 15 years’ experience in FMCG, which has seen her developing a strong understanding of the sales, distribution and marketing functions that is vital for her role Digital and Technology Director at HEINEKEN South Africa. Her experience spans across the full spectrum of IT service delivery and over the course of the last decade of her career, she has been in strategic, business facing roles including Group CIO for Oceana Group and the Head of Technology
for Financial Crime, Compliance and Risk at Absa, where she led one of the largest projects in the separation from Barclays.

In Brazil, Vinicius was responsible for managing the end-to-end complexity of 15 breweries, 72 lines and 40 distribution centres. He joined HEINEKEN South Africa in 2020 as the Supply Chain Director and Management Team member. Amongst other qualifications, he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial and also completed INSEAD's leadership programme in 2017.

Sharon Keith

Marketing Director

Sharon Keith is a seasoned marketer, with more than 30 years of global experience in the FMCG and B2B industries. She has held senior marketing leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company (as Marketing Director for Southern and East Africa), Diageo (as a Global Brand Director for Bailey’s) brandhouse (Marketing Director), Unilever, and most recently at Standard Bank as Head of Brand / Marketing for their Corporate and Investment division.

Keith holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town as well as a B. Comm degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal with majors in Economics, Business Administration and Psychology.
